Press Release Q4 2025-26 Financial Results

During the quarter ended 31st March, 2026 (current quarter), Dahej terminal processed 201 TBTU of LNG as against 189 TBTU during the corresponding quarter ended 31st March, 2025 and 214 TBTU during the previous quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The overall LNG volume processed by the Company in the current quarter was 219 TBTU, as against 205 TBTU and 233 TBTU in the corresponding and previous quarters respectively.

In spite of the ongoing crisis in the gulf region, the capacity utilisation at Dahej terminal was recorded at 90.1% in the current quarter as against 85.2% in the corresponding quarter and 93.8% in the previous quarter.

During FY 2025-26 (current financial year), Dahej terminal processed LNG volume of 833 TBTU as against 876 TBTU during the previous financial year ended 31st March, 2025. During the current financial year, the overall LNG volume processed by the Company was 901 TBTU, as against the LNG volume of 934 TBTU processed in the previous financial year.

During the current quarter, the Company has reported highest ever PBT and PAT for any quarter. The PBT of the current quarter stood at Rs 1,795 Cr, as against Rs 1,144 Crore in the previous quarter and Rs 1,446 Cr, in the corresponding quarter. The PAT reported in the current quarter stood at Rs 1,338 Cr as against the PAT of the previous and corresponding quarters of Rs 848 Cr and Rs 1,070 Cr respectively.

The Company reported PBT and PAT of Rs 5,158 Cr and Rs 3,843 Cr respectively in the current financial year, as against the PBT and PAT of Rs 5,275 Cr and Rs 3,926 Cr respectively in the previous financial year.

During the current quarter, the customers have made payment of outstanding Use or Pay dues of Rs 630.04 Cr pertaining to CY 2022.

The robust financial performance of the current financial year was achieved due to efficiency in operations.

   Considering the robust performance, the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended final dividend of Rs 3/-  per share.
