Press Release Q1 2026-27 Financial Results

• Growth of 33% in Standalone PBT in the current quarter Q1, 2026-27 (Rs 1,514 Cr) over the corresponding quarter Q1, 2025-26 (Rs 1,136 Cr)

• Growth of 33% in Standalone PAT in the current quarter Q1, 2026-27 (Rs 1,133 Cr) over the corresponding quarter Q1, 2025-26 (Rs 851 Cr)

During the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (current quarter), Dahej terminal processed 192 TBTU of LNG as against 207 TBTU during the corresponding quarter ended 30th June, 2025 and 201 TBTU during the previous quarter ended 31st March, 2026. The overall LNG volume processed by the Company in the current quarter was 207 TBTU, as against 220 TBTU and 219 TBTU in the corresponding and previous quarters respectively.

Dahej Terminal achieved a capacity utilization of 66% in the current quarter as against 92% in corresponding quarter and 90% in previous quarter. At overall company level, the capacity utilization in the current quarter stood at 58% as against 76% in both corresponding and previous quarter. After commissioning of Regas expansion project, the name plate capacity of Dahej Terminal increased to 22.5 MMTPA from 17.5 MMTPA, as a result of which the capacity utilization in current quarter has been worked out considering a new base of 22.5 MMTPA.

During the current quarter, on standalone basis, the company has reported PBT of Rs 1,514 Cr as against Rs 1,136 Cr in the corresponding quarter and Rs 1,795 Cr in the previous quarter. The PAT of the current quarter stood at Rs 1,133 Cr, as against Rs 851 Cr in the corresponding quarter and Rs 1,338 Cr in the previous quarter.

The growth in financial performance in the current quarter was achieved due to commercial and operational efficiency.
